Myths about Acne

Myths about Acne
The wrong perception about acne arises due to the lack of knowledge about acne. From the time our parents first, these rumors have been circulating about the causes of acne, but after examined and scrutinized by doctors and experts, this was wrong or inaccurate understanding. There are so many Myths about Acne.

There are some false myths about acne, among others:

1. By way squeeze pimples, then the acne will quickly disappear.

This perception is less precise, in fact with the fact that even squeeze pimples will cause an infection, leaving black spots and a prolonged healing process. With a hand that is not streril, the bacteria will get into the pimple.

2. Stress and lack of sleep can be a cause of acne.
The cause of acne is not caused by the state of stress, because stress has nothing to do with acne. But the point is, stress is one factor that could worsen the situation. Oil glands in the skin will increase rapidly and our bodies will release the hormone dehydroepi and rosterone, which resulted in added severity of acne.

3. Maturbasi will cause acne.
This myth is really funny because the various studies, there is no medical evidence that justifies this statement.

For the moment, we only discuss three of the above, maybe tomorrow we will continue, because Myths about Acne is very much in number and variety.
