Acne problems doesn't only happen in the face. Although rarely seen, but the acne on the back remains a problem. This of course lowers the confidence to wear clothes with the back open. Basically, the back is full of oil glands. Hot air often causes the body to spend a lot of sweat.
Both of the above, is responsible for the occurrence of acne. To avoid acne on your back, follow these six tips:
1. Avoid fabrics made from polyester and tight clothing that causes skin irritation and moisture back cover.
2. Friction of vinyl can aggravate the problem. Try to put extra padding in car seats or seat of your office to minimize friction on the skin.
3. Before sleep, use products that contain peroxide bensoil directly to the acne. Bensoil peroxide is good for dry acne and killing bacteria.
4. Avoid bathing with hot water because it can cause irritation to the skin.
